June Otten

June joined Persad in 2026 after practicing art therapy and psychodynamic counseling in intensive care settings. They studied illustration at CCAC, earned a degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Ohio State University in 2015, and completed their Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling at Seton Hill University in May 2025.

June works with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, life transitions, self-worth, identity, self-esteem, and co-occurring conditions. They believe creativity is an innate human right and an access point to meaningful, lasting change at any stage of life. June primarily works with adults.

Their approach to art therapy is relational, feminist, intersectional, and psychodynamic.
