Jo Incorvaia

Jo is an experienced healthcare executive with more than 20 years of expertise in healthcare finance, operations, strategy, and performance improvement. Throughout her career, she has focused on reducing costs, optimizing revenue, and driving operational excellence across health plans and healthcare organizations.

Her experience includes system implementations, claims operations, financial modeling, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, revenue optimization, medical economics, and regulatory reporting. Jo has successfully launched four managed care health plans, including Medicaid, LTSS, Medicare, and Marketplace Commercial programs, building them from the ground up.

As a senior finance and strategy leader, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives, value-based care programs, financial due diligence efforts, and strategic partnership development. She has extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership teams, board members, external advisors, and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and long-term organizational success.
