Recruting Loving Foster Parents

PERSAD Center’s Foster Care Program is recruiting loving foster families. Learn about becoming a foster parent at PERSAD Center’s next free Foster Care Orientation. Our program is guided by the idea that both LGBTQ identifying children & parents deserve safe, loving homes. Recognizing that LGBTQ youth often experience the trauma of family rejection and homelessness, we are dedicated to ensuring their health, safety and welfare. Families are defined by love, dignity, respect and a commitment to help a child succeed. At any given moment several hundred children in Allegheny County need a loving, stable home. Find out what it takes to become a foster parent at our next orientation session, happening every other Wednesday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at PERSAD Center in Lawrenceville.
