The Pennsylvania Association for Play Therapy 15th Annual Conference “Gestalt Play Therapy and More: Putting it all Together” will take place at the Smith Student Center at Slippery Rock University on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1, 2013.

PERSAD CENTER was hired by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Family Health to work with 14 of its youth serving agencies in an effort to increase their cultural competence in working with LGBTQ youth.

Safe Schools Summit Raises Awareness of LGBTQ Youth Bullying

On Wednesday, January 16, 2013 PERSAD CENTER, PFLAG-Pittsburgh and GLSEN-Pittsburgh co-hosted a Safe Schools Summit to address bullying targeted towards LGBTQ youth.
